The Leopard has been endorsed by former World Champion Barry Schultz. It`s a great finesse driver that`s versatile enough to deliver pinpoint accurate drives to a full spectrum of players from beginners to World Champions. For newbies it makes a great control driver that will give good distance with a minimal amount of fade at the end. For top-level pros and most players in between this makes a great utility disc to depend on when keeping the disc straight and on the fairway is essential. The Star version is very grippy and much faster and will take quite a while to break in. The speed gives it a bit more distance over the lower end models. Optimal distance range 290-350 feet. Many colors available. Some runs are pretty stiff, a few are very soft and rubbery. 145-175 grams.
This disc needs to have a roar emitting from it when it leaves your hand! This and my cheetah helped my course pro look at my form and make corrections to it. Now I bomb discs out to where I rarely ever need a fairway driver now! But this disc will always stay in my bag with my TL (Posted on 9/12/12)
Great fairway driver. Holds any line you throw it in. When you put a strong hyzer snap on it, it will pull up and then fly straight over 200 ft. The leopard is great because it can also hold an anhyzer line over 200 feet. With the leopard, you have very little need for any other fairway driver. (Posted on 8/27/12)
Awesome all around disc. The leopard is one of those discs you can play a whole round with on one disc. It works well for all levels of play from beginner to pro because of its flight characteristics. The leopard can hold any line you put it on and is amazingly straight when thrown at medium to medium fast throws. It also makes a good roller disc. For a 6 speed disc it goes amazingly far but can also be used effectively as a midrange disc. when thrown hard and flat this disc will turn the more you back off in speed the straighter it flys. There's a reason this disc is so highly acclaimed, I promise. This is easily the most versatile disc I carry in my bag. I can often outdrive my long range drivers with this disc, and it will fly much straighter than 9/10 of them. Always a consistent flyer. When I have a shot that requires a low shot at a distance, I can tomahawk the Leopard low and fast and it will roll perfectly straight upon impact. Amazing disc. (Posted on 12/8/10)
this is just an all together well rounded disc i throw mine every time i go play i like to use it for my anhyzers and its really good for tomahauk throws i highly recommend getting one (Posted on 11/17/10)
Great beginner disc. I still throw one occasionally, just in a heavier weight. I think the star plastic is the best choice for this disc, as it is still really grippy, but will handle tree strikes a lot better than a DX. This would also be an excellent choice for a first driver. (Posted on 11/2/10)
I was very impressed with this disc. For me it's very controlable and I'm able to get it to go almost as long as my long distance drivers. I recommend this for beginning players looking for a good off the tee or fairway driver that will go right where you want it. (Posted on 8/30/10)
