HAve had it for a while, and didn't have a proper feel for it. however, I have found its groove at about 75 percent power going about 250 to 275 ft with a nice gentle turn an fade. It's a much better disc than i initially thought, however I did have to search for its sweet spot. (Posted on 2/19/13)
After reading so many good reviews about the Jackal I figured it was time to invest in one. Unfortunately, this disc leaves me a little disappointed. I was expecting a straight flight or slight S-curve, but am left with a disc that really is difficult to gauge how it will fly. Thrown flat - it turns left throughout its flight. Try some hyzer - maybe it flattens up or maybe it sticks with the hyzer throughout. My white, 170 gram Jackal doesn't seem to have the advertised glide that others seem to get either. I just can't seem to get a handle on this disc...except for rollers. I've pulled a few 340-360 foot rollers off with this disc, so I guess it's not a total waste. I'll stick with my Champion Leopard. Finally, a fairway driver from this bunch. Worth the wait, though. This disc is a straight, smooth glider that is as reliable as its many competitors on the market. I would put this one up against the Leopard any day. I bet this one would win every time! (Posted on 5/17/12)
