Details

The Lightning #3 is the largest disc in the Driver line.
It`s a little understable which will give it good glide when used for downwind shots.
Great straight flier for beginners and ams.
Very easy to control for players with lower arm speed and less snap.
Comes in a wide variety of marbleized colors.
145-186 grams.

I really want to like this, but it's too damn light. I picked up a glowing one at 138 grams, and it flips all over the place. I also want to blame it on the shape of the rim- the wing is so narrow that you can't really have a very secure grip on it. Any throw I make with this disc has to be at about 20% power. Might work for a midrange, lay up shot, but I already have that spot filled in my bag by a Vibram Trak. I know this disc will work for kids, but its large diameter might be a hindrance.
