Details

The 1st Run Metal Flake Scorpius are in stiff, domey Quantum plastic with a softer top and a nice "pop" to them.

Large Metal Flakes throughout the plastic really make the looks stand-out.  These things sparkle like crystal when the light hits them.  BLING BLING!

Want to inspire envy in your friends?  Land one of these up to the basket for the birdie and watch their jaws drop.  Nice Shot!

A large wing and very sharp leading edge will make this disc very fast and somewhat overstable.  Should work great for nice distance into the wind and for long bombing hyzer shots.

From Millenium -

The Scorpius is a high speed ultra-long range fade driver.
It is a step below our Quasar in terms of speed and fade, but will
provide excellent distance and control for into-the-wind conditions.
We recommend it for moderate-powerful throwers who need something that
will fade dependably and glide sustainably.  It will be available in our Quantum and
Sirius plastics, with weights reaching down to 130 grams in the Quantum
plastic.  Sirius weights as low as 165 grams.

-PDGA Approved.

-Speed 12.

-Ultra Long-Range Driver.

-Best for Intermediate and Advanced players, but suitable for beginners if using lighter weights.

Customer Reviews

Flat, great for forehands Review by Taylor
Product Rating
The quantum scorpius came out flatter than the sirius. This allows for a more comfortable forehand grip but the disc does loose a bit of glide. Still a great distance driver (Posted on 3/21/14)
