Details

This disc is the latest incarnation of the famous original C.E. TeeBird from the turn of the century relied on by so many pros and highly endorsed from the Champ himself, Ken Climo.
In fact, Ken says this is his most relied upon control driver.
As consistent as anything on the market and more consistent than most, the TeeBird is a stable driver that can be relied on for a gradual hyzer through most of it`s flight.
Power players will find this disc fairly straight, with perhaps a little hyzer at the end.
It fights all but strong headwinds well.
Will be considerably overstable for beginners and players with slower arm speed.
These players will want to stay with the lighter weights to get the same performance.
If you`d like a less stable TeeBird for straigth and turnover shots, try the Star TeeBird-L TL.

The Champion version is the most stable and most durableTeeBird on the market today.
Available in a full range of colors.
Clear ones tend to be more stable than the opaque ones. 150-175 grams.

Amazing disc by far! Extremely controllable. Right now my go to disc when I want to feel confident in my shot. I have 2:one new and one beat in. Even the beat in one is still controllable. Great disc for a player looking for a trustworthy driver. (Posted on 1/15/14)
The perfect fairway driver Review by Christopher

I carry 3 of these in my bag for all of my fairway driver needs. There is nothing in the world like a beat in champion 12x teebird that you can throw as hard as you want and it will just fly straight until it lands like a pancake on the ground. A new one will be more stable, and can fight mild to moderate winds without any issue. The sneaky thing about the teebird is that it will fly almost as far as discs that are much, much faster and harder to control. Get a teebird or 4! (Posted on 1/15/14)

This disc is a really good disc. It was the first disc I ever played with. I really like the disc and it works for me. (Posted on 1/15/14)

The bread and butter of my driving game. Control, distance and reliability are the name of the game for the Teebird. In Champion plastic, they're indestructible and take a very long time to lose even a touch of stability. Can't play a round without them. (Posted on 10/1/12)

The Champion Teebird is a staple in more disc golfers bags! It is extremely reliable and straight. It a more overstable TL if you have thrown one of those. Many veterans swear by this disc because of how easy it is to get it to fly straight on a consistent basis. Another great learning driver from innova. I highly suggest this as a straight flying driver.Review:Very straightSlow speedNot great for FHExtremely easy to find disc mold (Posted on 9/24/11)

A very nice driver. First time I threw one of these it went dead straight for about 100 some odd yards and then faded off slightly. Doesn't take a lot of power to get one of these bad boys sailing (Posted on 4/11/11)

Much more overstable than the dx version, this disc still has a place in my bag. Love champion plastic, and this is a fairway driver, so I use it with trees all the time. This disc can take a beating and keep on going. Goes straight, then gently fades for the last 1/4 of its flight. (Posted on 3/23/11)

The Teebird is a great backhand disc. I am terrible at backhanding but i borrowed my younger brothers and it flew great for me. Backhanding is not important in my disc golf game because i only throw forehand but a great backhanding disc. (Posted on 2/17/11)

I like using this disc for overhand or tomahawk throws...consistent turnover and has enough heft to be accurate with this type of throw. (Posted on 1/22/11)

This is a great disc, as you've probably read from other reviews. I don't carry one any more, but I used to. Solid distance driver, but I wouldn't call it a Long Range Driver. Very accurate, good glide. (Posted on 1/20/11)

One of the better drivers you will find. It is one of the straightest flying discs I have thrown so far. I throw a 174g. If your a player looking to throw a straighter shot try this disc out. (Posted on 10/20/10)

Amazing fairway driver. You have to give yourself some time in learning the breaking point of this guy and how it acts on annhyzer shots and hyzer shots. I throw this between 310' and 340' and it fades ever so gently toward the end and you don't have to give it a lot. I always feel in control with this disc and it's not going to jump into the woods on me. It doesn't go all over the place and is the best utility driver I've come across. Not a big fan of the stalker because they've always been sensitive with me. Love this disc. Get one. (Posted on 8/11/10)

I was lucky enough to find one of these that appeared to be brand spanking new. It still had the price sticker intact and had no blemishes whatsoever. This disc is a great, stable flier with a good hyzer finish. I have a DX teebird that is a great turnover driver so I hope that eventually the champion one beats in to the same extent. I can understand why this disc is a staple in many professional bags. (Posted on 7/1/10)

I was using a champion banshee before i ever tried this disc...but i was told to try it....It quickly one me over and i liked it more when it became slightly worn. Its my primary sidearm disc. I used the same disc till i lost it and never had a backup TeeBird to replace....i was absolutely lost trying to get other discs in my bag to do what i could do with my TeeBird. most controllable and predictable disc, in my opinon (Posted on 10/31/09)

The Innova Champ TeeBird is the staple golf disc for a lot of people I personally don't carry one in the bag anymore but that doesn't change the fact that its a great disc. I use a Star TL in place of it I find I can do more with a TL. As far as the TeeBird it is one of the best discs ever just ask Ken Climo and have him tell you. It is a straight fast and stable but it doesn't over do it. As far a GDisc.com is concerned they are awesome I've been playing for about a two years and this is the hot spot. Joe, Wendy, Scott, and Little Joey and the rest of the staff are some of the coolest people you will ever meet. They have almost anything you can think of in stock. You got to check out there store in Clearwater Florida. (Posted on 8/13/07)
