2012 Ace Race Disc: First Run Z Zombee Driver. Zombee wants CHAAAAINS! The 2012 Ace Race disc is now the Zombee, and it is beloved by thousands! This utility driver has a stability rating of 1.0, making it easy to throw and control for the majority of disc golfers. Like it's namesake, Zombee is slow and relentless, offering players controlled fairway shots that will hold the line with a slight hyzer finish. Highest durablility plastic available is Elite Z. Vibrant translucent colors, lights will shine through them. Choice of pros under normal conditions for slow seasoning or break-in.
i really didnt like the feel of the plastic. ive never been one to like a stability rating of 1 because backhand or forhanded i get to much power behind it so it flips a little to much for me and im not one to down power my throws id rather find a disc that wont go as far vs throw softer. my wife throws the heck outta the zombie and thats been her main disc for like this last month. Bought this disc knowing nothing about it. Love it. Its more of a driver/mid range hybrid. Very versatile disc. When tomahawked it cuts hard and pancakes on the ground. Gotta be careful though this disc will wear your arm out quick! (Posted on 1/15/14)
I got 2 of these with a ace race stamp. Very under stable and controllable. Not a lot of distance but very good around trees left to right or right to left, for those short tree par 3s. (Posted on 2/17/13)
