The Apache has been retooled and now has a bullet shaped wing similar to the Roadrunner from Innova.
Stiff and grippy, the "sure grip"(S) plastic should break in nicely and accomodate all weather conditions. Breaks in nicely and works better with time. keep it sanded smooth with a disc sanding sponge.
This is the Ultra Lightweight Model weighing in at less than 130 grams...Sweet! Recommended for Players with slower arm speed and less snap as this will be easier to snap with the lighter weight. Younger kids and Old geezers that act like kids just love these lighter weights...they can rip them!
Also for the Women players who need a driver they can get some distance and accuracy from...this lightweight model with the bullet shaped wing may be the answer.

The Apache( old name,,,,, NEW disc) is a very controllable long range STRAIGHT driver. The wing length is in between Sabre and Illusion at 2.0 cm with an over all height of 1.3 making it a fast disc with an amazing amount of glide. It has a larger radius where the rim depth meets the flight plate than most drivers of its class, which really helps with all styles of grip. comparable to the 1st run Inferno’s, but with a small bead, which give its much more resistance to turn.
