By most accounts, the Eagle is the disc that started the revolution in technology that produced faster discs with dependable stability, but not so overstable that only the strongest arms can throw them. It was and still remains a fast consistent long range driver that is easy to keep on the fairway.

The Eagle was one of the first high tech discs ever produced, laying the groundwork for discs like the TeeBird and the Valkyrie. It`s now one of the best utility drivers available, combining the control of a fairway driver with the speed of a long range disc.

Available in a wide range of colors.

Weights go up to 175 grams.

Good disc especially for beginners. Review by Hannah

I am a beginner in disc golf, but I really enjoy this disc. It is perfect for me, and it feels great in the hand. I throw my farthest when I am throwing this disc. After it gets beat in a lot, it will become really soft and grippy also. (Posted on 5/27/14)

In an effort to disc down, I have been throwing a DX Eagle for drives, and i have to say, I'm impressed. This disc is reliable, glides well, and can be used for so many shots. I'm very impressed. (Posted on 12/12/12)

Very reliable and useful driver. starts out solidly stably and breaks into a great disc for long gliding S curves. (Posted on 10/1/12)

This is the disc that got me started in disc golf. It can be thrown forehand or backhand. I threw it forehand and used it for every situation. DX plastic gets beat up pretty easily but its the only eagle I like. (Posted on 9/12/12)

DX plastic plus weight variance in the same disc gets you a quick "set" of drivers. Lighter DX Eagles start out stable then beat into gentle anhyzer discs. A heavier Eagle gives you an overstable driver to begin with that beats into pure money after several rounds. This is just a great, super versatile disc that fills many slots in your bag.
