apply sticker to window.
Rub on the front, pressing on sticker.
You can wrap a washcloth around a credit card and use it as a squeegee and remove bubbles.
Slowly and carefully remove top paper making sure sticker stays attached.
If sticker comes up, rub on the top of it harder until it sticks to window, not paper.
Repeat process all around sticker edges until it sticks to the window.
