I wanted to take a minute and thank you guys (Wendy, hubby, daughter, friend :) for such a great experience. I'm new to the DGing and this was my first order ever for discs. Needless to say I was very excited to place my first order but hesitant at the same time as I had no experience with any online retailers who specialized in DG supplies.
I placed an order for a Latitude 64 River disc in a color you guys did not have in your inventory online. I thought it was pointless and no one would listen to my request but I mentioned in the comments area that I would like the Gold color. To my surprise when i got a the order, I got the Gold color that I asked for but did not order in my original checkout. You guys took the time to actually read the notes and do what you can, I appreciate that alot. Most companies don't even have a field where you can communicate or give special instructions etc..
I also received my order very quickly and it was free :) Needless to say I'm off to a great experience with this sport thanks to your service. It's the little things that make the difference and your team shows you understand that. You have earned yourself a loyal customer and I'll be sure to let everyone know about my great experience.
