Details

The Champion Beast is fast and predictable and, in it`s latest incarnation, the Beast "L", is a less stable high speed ultra-long distance flier.
The old Champion Beasts we`re stable like a TeeBird but considerably faster, producing a reliable hyzer throughout the flight.
The new "L" version uses a less stable bottom with a smooth beveled edge that`s almost flat, which gives you the feel of a Beast with more speed and a high speed turn that increases the amount of distance and anhyzer turn, allowing the disc to go further with the same amount of snap.
Don`t rely on this disc to finish on a hyzer angle though.
The lesser stability has this disc finishing straight or possibly on a turnover angle.
The speed of this disc is amazing and less stability makes this disc useful to a wider variety of players.
Many report this as their best distance driver.

Many colors available. 151-175 grams, although Beasts in the 150`s are produced in low numbers and are harder to come by.

The Beast has been endorsed by former World Champion and USDGC Champion Barry Shultz.
This is reported to be his primary driver.
For the more stable original Champion Beasts, check the collector section.

I use my beast for controlled forehand throws and straight backhand shots. The almost valkyrie like stability with higher speed is a great combination. (Posted on 12/2/12)

Good high speed slightly understable driver. I found it especially usefully for shots that needed to turn and never come back. I don't believe that was its intended purpose, but it worked well for me. Good glide and speed combine for high distance potential. (Posted on 9/21/12)

Oddly enough, I have lost every Champion Beast I have ever owned (trees, water, etc.), but I still have lots of good things to say about the disc. I first thought it would fly very similar to a Valkyrie, because the flight characteristics are said to be very similar. For my throws, I found the Beast to be slightly more stable than Valkyries. This proved to be very helpful when trying to throw the disc with a slight hyzer. The Beast should be in every player's arsenal because of its usefulness for straight shots, flex shots, hyzer shots and anhyzer shots. The Beast is a versatile disc of the tee in every situation. The combination of higher speed and lower stability makes this disc extremely unique. It is very useful because it allows this disc to handle the wind but it also allows it to finish as a turnover. This disc is extremely useful and I would definitely define this as a utility disc. It has a great rim, very thin. This disc is also very fast.Review: Thin rimFastUnderstableFairly advanced (Posted on 11/4/11)

the beast has great distance and turns right but if you throw it to low or to high it wont work good or go far. it has great glide but hard to control. i would suggest this for more advanced players. (Posted on 3/8/11)

good distance driver but it doesnt suite my game. I am a power player and always overthrow the beast. Flies great when thrown right though, my friends love it. A finesse player would be most effective with this disc. (Posted on 2/19/11)

This disc was my first driver that I experimented with faster discs. I was impressed by the flight it took with my still developing backhand. Now, though, my arm is throwing discs faster than the beast and getting more distance. Great beginning big arm driver. (Posted on 1/20/11)

The Champion Beast is good for those that have good results with lower-speed ultra long distance drivers. I know for a fact I can get my Star Leopard closer to the pin. Good durable plastic though, you'll need it for this one. (Posted on 12/27/10)

Great turn over driver for big arms. The understable nature of the disc gives weaker arms some added distance. I carry one in my bag. (Posted on 10/25/10)

One of my favorite distance drivers. Like them in the low 170's weight range. Always in my bag. Don't leave home with out it. Only throw it on backhand drives. (Posted on 10/20/10)

My First disc ever. For those of you that have really fallen in love with this sport as I have, this was the disc that opened my door to the fun of the sport. I originally bought two discs. One Pro Aviar and one Champion Beast 175gm. This disc is AMAZING for beginners. Its one of those discs that I own that I can ALWAYS count on. If you enjoy the flight of this disc, the Pro Katana might be in store for you after you learn the basics. (Posted on 8/30/10)

When I first threw this disc around I didnt think it would ever give me much in terms of distance but after working with it a little and understanding its flight it has become one of my best drivers. I recommend this disc to intermediate players because of its great glide and comfortable flight path. It reminds me a lot of the valkyrie with a little more sharpness to both its turn and fade. If you have the means pick one up. (Posted on 8/16/10)

this is my main driver for one reason... it's dependable it goes straight and it goes straight far. this also makes a good hyzer disc that stays on any hyzer line you put it on. this was my brothers first innova driver and is still his main driver. in fact, his first ace was made with this disc. he put it on a medium hyzer line and it sailed beautifully into the basket. this is a good disc for anyone looking for easy to control distance. The beast...What can I say... Well..I could say its the best 10 speed out there but would you believe me? You BETTER!!! This disc totally rocks and gives you the distance even if you don't have the snap! (Posted on 10/19/09)

The most under stable speed 10 disc. Put some Hyzer on it and it will flip flat and go straight for ever. Throw it flat and it will cut right and either stick right or fade back depending how hard you snap it. This is not a must have for every player but it is one of my most used discs. As far a GDisc.com is concerned they are awesome I've been playing for about a two years and this is the hot spot. Joe, Wendy, Scott, and Little Joey and the rest of the staff are some of the coolest people you will ever meet. They have almost anything you can think of in stock. You got to check out there store in Clearwater Florida. (Posted on 8/13/07)
