The Sharpshooters series is a very unique design that has 90 degree staggered ridges that cascade over the top edge and, in the case of the #3, under the beveled edge of the disc. These "steps", as Aerobie calls them, act to keep the air evenly distributed over the disc, ensuring a straight flight. The #3 putts straight and makes a great fast-moving upshot disc. Can also be used for short, straight midrange drives.

The #3 Sharpshooter is a control midrange design to give reliable distance while keeping you in the fairway. It`s medium stability makes it suitable for a wide range of shots from hyzer to straight and anhyzer. stability ridges near the edge give  help to increase the control of the flight by keeping it on it`s line of release.

Designed by Dr. Steven Adler, inventor of the record-breaking Aerobie Flying Ring, this disc has a very unique look and feel unlike anything else on the market.
